i've been given the opportunity to meet with Christian Matsumori, who is a Business Development Manager in the Interactive
Entertainment Business Group at Microsoft which includes XBox...

now what should i ask? This will apparently be a small group meeting at 2:30 pm it's 11:20 here now so i have just a few hours to come up with some good questions

the questions are allowed to be about "ask questions about breaking in the business or anything else gaming" so it's pretty open

Do you enjoy milking the consumer?
What do you think of google chrome?
and Why didn't ms forsee the massive breakdowns of 360 consoles?

Try asking them what strategy they have for synchronization between their products (i.e Window/Xbox 360, Zune/Xbox 360 ), as well as what plans they have to spread the Zune to anywhere other than USA, Canada, and UK.

yup exactly what i'm after i want some really meaty questions if anybody else has got them, i plan on asking about the whole, NXE rumour

Sort of like he said . I would like to know when they play to role out "Live Anywhere" service so you could sent messages to friends from your phone see achievements and Download demos,movies,music,and DLC from phone or computer(like the PSP -PS3 functionality)

Huh... it doesn't make me think that at all. Neither would $ony either. I think it's related to the fact that Microsoft has notoriously charged people for stuff forever and has a cubic buttload of money from doing that and strong-arming the competition. So no, I don't think adding a dollar sign to an abbreviation trumps all that...

yes, there are always plans. he spoke of it as a longer term goal and also mentioned that it was a goal for the original xbox

sorry i summarized... what he meant was it'll be possible to create much more graphic rich type games using XNA the question was asked by someone else who asked if XNA had a limit if it could handle a halo 3, he replied not right now but things are in the works to make it possible to handle much much more than it currently does... i just copied my notes not realizing what i was coping... sorry about that the rest are correct i think :lol::lol:

He said in his opinion there would not be a new box in 5 years... maybe soon after but not within 5 years, he's in the business portion of MSFT not necessarily the xbox 1080 dev team
