Hi all, new poster, but been reading and listening since near the start of this site :w00t: Anyway... im trying to sign up a NZ team for extra life but when I get to the details page (address etc) and click down to select NZ it then changes the next 2 boxs to drop down boxes to select my suburb then city. But when I try to select the drop down box there is nothing in it, if I try again my browser crashes and then resets.

I have tryed about 5 times and keep getting the same result. Anybody had this problem?

Glad you are keen to help but not sure why it wouldn't work for you. Noting that you have retried it a couple of times, I'm not sure what else to do. Lesley's email should be back up and running again soon (after Hurricane Ike) if you are still experience problems I'm sure she'll help you then.

Not sure why that is happening, but I will forward it on to our IT department to check things out. Give them a bit to work on things, and then try again.

Any word on this yet? We are starting a campaign in NZ to push extra life through some big NZ sites, but people are wanting to donate but cant. Im affraid that the longer they wait, they might change there mind.

Is it still not working for you? I know there are lots of international teams signed up, so I am not sure what the problem is. Will you send me a private message, so I can get more details and get this fixed?

hey buddy,

Go ahead and send an email to giving@texaschildrens.org and explain what happened. This is happening on their site, and they need to speak directly with you to get it fixed.
