CharliWag 12-01-2008, 07:00 PM Interviewer: So what made you want to create this thing?
Mr. "SOC": Well, you see, I cut down trees for a living and one day, well I was all alone in the woods, I thought, what if there was a zombie attack, what would I do right now. So I went and built the chainsaw machine gun, you see it's really just an insurance against zombies, that's all....
I love my imagination. (http://mastersregional.org/webdesign/eric/Site%201/Images/spongebob-imagination.jpg)

umanouski 12-01-2008, 10:43 PM if only he put cardboard cutouts of Locust he would not have looked like a EPIC Fail chainsawing the pumpkins
Artemas 12-01-2008, 11:13 PM Thats was awesome. I'm a bit surprised at how long it took for someone to do this. GUess it just needed someone crazy enough:lol:
Artemas 12-02-2008, 12:57 AM Only in America. Can't wait till some ****er slices his hand off while shooting drunk with one of these.
Mr. optimistic has entered the building. *Bows head*

DeathByWaffle 12-02-2008, 07:27 AM That was pretty cool, although the guy kind of looked stupid pushing the pumpkins along with his chainsaw...

I have to agree with you Mr.FalafelWaffle. He does look fairly stupid.

Masselli18 12-02-2008, 11:53 AM That's a sick gun.
i wish i had one on my wall (with it saying "in case of locust invasion, please break glass")
I'll take one.
Ploogle 12-02-2008, 01:27 PM The guy says he built it for around $300, if any of you want to build your own! Don't know if that was the cost for the project in addition to the gun, or for the whole package, but I think that would be an AMAZING burglar deterrent...one break-in and word would spread to stay away from you and your automatic chainsaw bayonette!
Toshi 12-02-2008, 02:34 PM and you know nothing scares someone like the sound of a chainsaw revving or of a gun being charged so you can doubly scare the crap out of anyone who tries to rob you.

Addition to the gun. The stock version of that type of gun is around $500+ or $1,000+ if he has the piston upgrade.
If I had the money I already have ideas on how to improve upon his version.
A Rabid Moose 12-02-2008, 03:16 PM All you need is an M16, a chainsaw, and some duct tape!
chaingunpope 12-02-2008, 07:18 PM Let's hope some psycho doesn't pick that up on eBay.

BonfireAg03 12-02-2008, 10:01 PM ...As if cleaning your firearms wasn't already dangerous enough for you.
that was funny but the thing is you would need a pretty heavy duty chainsaw to survive multiple uses
crashtestgamer 12-03-2008, 02:44 PM this is going to end horribly wrong.
Questionmarc 12-03-2008, 03:41 PM Americas solution to fighting terrorism .You have chainsaw weapons we have smeato
Arcion 12-04-2008, 12:38 PM You might as well bury the gun in the mud.
Using that you would get so much gunk in the barrell and firing mechanism you might as well just throw the bullets at them.
other than that....pretty cool.

It still is just a prototype. A small guard could go under the barrel but that might mess up the gas release to much.As long as the blade is spinning down there won't be to much of a problem.
mikeyb003 12-05-2008, 07:18 PM That s freakin awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thomas86 12-06-2008, 05:56 AM Yeah that's for certain

morthor 12-07-2008, 07:36 PM I want to see what happens the first time the chainsaw hits something that causes kickback. This could be Darwin award material.
Awoll SGF 12-07-2008, 09:10 PM What do Rednecks do when the sheep won't put out?

Wrath99 12-09-2008, 12:41 AM Looks like a M16 with the chainsaw on a tactical battery mount. not bat but would add a housing similar to the kits for a M41 pulserifle. wouldnt mind on for CQC, actually looks like a practical weapon.
paulmess7 12-10-2008, 03:37 PM The Lancer PB gun is wayyyyyy better.
xj0uyK9KdpY
nick10234 12-10-2008, 09:07 PM Pwnage, if the gun gets jammed you can go crazy with a chainsaw.
Bohemian Child 12-12-2008, 12:11 AM Chainsaw Gun for the win!!!!!
