Well, after much waiting, my family's gone and got a 360. Unfortunately, I don't know what games to get! So, I ask you guys which games should I add to my video game collection.

However, due to restrictions set by my family, I can NOT buy/play ANY M games. So what should I be getting?

Edit: I don't have any preferences, but I'm not a big fan of racing games.

Get Left 4 Dead and add me i am always on it and I love that game

Well, if you can't buy M-Rated games, then I would probably suggest Mirror's Edge or Battlefield:Bad Company. I never play the full game of either, but I heard they were both great games.

Are you a fan of sports games? Madden and NHL 09 were particularly good for this year.

Outside of that, Mirror's Edge was good game, Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts was good, and there's always Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Go nuts with the DLC titles on XBLA, too.

Battlefield bad companys a great teen game, also rock band 2 is alot of fun for parties, if you're willing to pay for the peripherals. The best racers I think are probably Grid and Dirt

Pure is really fun.

Most of these games have a Teen rating. Rez, Geometry Wars, Braid and N+ have an E(10+) rating.
By the time that M rated games are okay, don't forget about Crackdown will ya? :wink2:

thats ashame you cant get M games... is there anyway you could change your parents minds?
Until then your best bet is Guitar Hero: World Tour or Rock Band 2 (check the playlists and see what you will prefer).

Tales of Vesperia, Eternal Sonata, Rock Band 1 & 2, Guitar Hero 2, Lego Star Wars, Lego Indiana Jones, Mirror's Edge, Soul Calibur IV, Kameo, Prince of Persia, Banjo Kazooie N&B, Too Human and Call of Duty 2.

I would suggest some older titles just because they are cheaper and you can find some real gems at a cheap price. I've been hooked on Eternal Sonata a great RPG that will give you hours of fun, I got it for $20. Another old school game that has always been addicting is Earth Defense Force 2017. Nothing more fun than shooting alien bugs and destroying cities! I'm sure you can find this in a few bargain bins, loads of fun. I would also second Rock Band 2 and any of the Lego games.

You can also never go wrong with Live Arcade games. You can get a demo almost all the games and purchase the ones you like. You can easily pass the conroller around to your other family members, get their instant reactions and then they can give you permission to purchase the games right on the spot!
