Okay this is one of the WORST pc mmorpg games out there except maybe Dungeons and Dragons online. It's basically NCsoft's death wish. All they did was take WOW (Which i hate too) take out the races, many of the professions, and the good graphics and make it not have a monthly payment. I bought the first one, beat it in 2 days, and then done. I used to really be into the whole rpg thing but in the last year i haven't bought a single one. Then all they do now is come out with a new one every 6 months to get maybe 3 more people to play it and all the old ones to either buy it or quit because you can't do anything with what you have then. So all in all I think this game SUCKS.

i bought it but i haven't had time to install it, played it at my friends house and thought it was ok, so i bought it but havent had time to install it since then.

Haven't played it. Don't intend to. But I know it is pretty popular, and the fact that it doesn't have a bs monthly fee IMO makes it kick ass by default.

I thought of buying it but I think Im pretty much entierly turned of from the MMORPG gerne atm, gonna go for some REAL games =D

Well, Guild Wars was the first MMORPG I've ever bought. And I WASN'T disappointed. It is a great game, it has no lags, the plot is great (I've got the game + the first two expansions) and everything is well thought of. I liked it very much, and I don't consider the lack of other races as an disadvantage - yeah, it causes the game to be more monotonous, but it also prevents the stupid comments like "omg rofl youre a dwarf". I enjoyed it very much and spent LOTS of hours playing it, I recommend it to anybody who - just like me - has some better things to spend money on than the monthly WoW payment. I stopped playing it only because I don't have enough time to play it, it's just so absorbing.

I love the game to be honest.
