All the same, it sounds like Sony is fed up with false hype about possible new PSPs...

Someone's going to be inserting foot on this one. If Sony announces PSP2, they may have to aquire a taste for socks.

If PSP2 can transport me across the globe by the power of rhino, I'm in...though PETA will probably protest the use of their horns and try spinning them into cute Horn Kittens.

Get over it sony, you of all company's should know that websites make up rumor's. Some of them are true and some are false. Are you going to run around now and tell everyone who talks about a psp2 to shove it. I didn't think so. Grow up sony, grow up.

Sony should leave the PSP2 to cook, and scrap that 4000 model they were probably working on. Stupid horn kittens.

Well we're getting a bit off topic now but come on. The PSP 2000 was pretty perfect. (Perfect as in its not broken, Dont fix it). It had a few decent changes such as video out, extra RAM and the obviosly slimmer and lighter design It also came out around the right time, before people got too bored of the system, and long enough to not piss off the launch day buyers.

3000 though... Well... It doesnt play homebrew...and its brighter, oh and a mic. It was such an unnecessary hardware iteration in every way. And as much as I love PSP, it sucks :undecided:

Lets just hope there's no PSPi
