So I was thinking of 'hosting' a for fun open SG Halo 3 room one evening in the near future. Just so people could mingle and make some new friends, braid each others hair and shoot some peeps. It'd be open to 10-12 at a time to help reduce lag issues and do a mix of customs & matchmaking.

So please vote in the poll and let me know if you like the idea or not.
Also if you have ideas/suggestions for what you'd like to play please feel to post.

And yes, MLG is fine with me. I like mostly everything. But Grifball... but i'd still play it to appease the masses.

When is the tournament? I hadn't bothered to look. But I know a few game types which really help for that. Such as sniping headshot only and of course MLG practice is very helpful.

Firakilla is a nice kid. He's a friend of British. I do believe they are roommates. The only game he kicked my ass in was the last one we played.. well and the onee game i was AFK for lol

Yeah, playing customs or matchmaking for too long can get annoying, it is nice to switch.

I would definitely take part in a Halo gamernight, they are usually a lot of fun if the host doesn't go crazy with customs, and the people don't scream over each other (which tends to happen in full rooms in Halo for some reason).

I know it isn't a realistic idea, but sometimes that is all I have :D.
Yeah, Shadow has a tendency to boot me when I can't put up with his voice, which is pretty often.

A weekly Halo 3 gamernight would be pretty sweet. There are plenty of SG members that play it.
It was nice having a party that wasn't too noisy.

I think I'll give this a go on a trail basis since enough people seem like they would enjoy it. I was thinking of Thursday evenings since people including myself tend to be busy on weekends with real life or their respective groups. I'll get some things together and post a thing for it where a mod could sticky it. etc.
