Second line is 7 syllables
Third line is 5 syllables

No more, no less.

I'm not trying to pick on anyone but several people have pointed out how to write a Haiku, yet even in posts immediately following someone pointing out the "wrong" way, another one's written the "wrong" way. Either that or you can't count syllables.
