Hello all, my year old iPod Dock has finally broken. Not in a major way, just the small clip thing that attaches to the iPod has snapped off.

This is my dock, the small clip that the iPod sits on has snapped off.

Since the actual dock still works, is their anyway i can still get it to charge and play my iPod? I bought an Auxillery cable which i can attach my iPod to the dock to play music, but it doesn't charge it.

It would be a real shame to have to spend £80 on a new iPod dock when i have an (almost) functioning dock already.

you could charge the ipod on the computer or buy a wall charger for $20 prob like 14 euros. With the wall charger you can play your music with the aux cable and charge at the same time.
