I can't believe the God of War 3 will eventually come out for the PS3. I like the fact that it will be much better but I when it comes out I will have to buy the PS3 or mooch off my friends. I will like the improvement in the graphics area (hopefully) and I love that a new GoW is being made but on the very expensive PS3? Why Sony, WHY!

Well, what other platform would it be made on? Technically, the PS2 is not a next-gen console, and it would not be able to run GoW3's good graphics.

unfortunately, you're right. if GoW3 is next gen then they would need a next gen console to run it. maybe they could make a version for the ps2.

weeell dont know how you cam up with THAT conclusion, because i can think of very few games which were exclusive ps2 franchises that are now multi-platform, mind they are quite big ones, like dmc or gta, but seriously, god of war? no wai

nah, havent got a psp, nor do i have the money to go buy one, although, if ff7 crisis point ever comes out in england, noone will be able to stop me buying a psp :P

Has there been anything released for GOW3 yet? I saw an announcement but I still have not seen anykind of screenshot or video gameplay from it. I know it is still early but with this holiday season, you would think Sony would throw it out there to help sale the PS3.

i hope that by then the ps3 will get several price cuts so i can afford it. then GoW3 will be mine.:)
