Can anyone help me out with WordPress. I am trying to use a theme I found but I don't get how I upload it. Do I have to use a external host or can I use the WordPress blog. Any help would be much appreciated.

You upload your theme to your server using an FTP program such as Filezilla.

You'll find your FTP details on your actual admin part of your site (like... the back end). Not through Wordpress.

No you can't. You need to find out your FTP details and use a FTP program to upload it. Which is what I said...

Basically Via I am new to this so a little less attitude would be nice. Now if you can please where I can find my FTP details. That would be nice.

if you're using wordpress.com then you can't upload new themes, you will need to use one of the ones that they have up there.

if you've downloaded wordpress from wordpress.org then this will have to be uploaded and installed onto a hosting package, you will then be able to upload any themes that you want to use to the themes folder (via FTP as Viatrophy has said).

if you've already got a hosting package then you should be able to find out your ftp settings from them.

We can't say where you'll find them because we need to know who your hosted with. You've just got to look around your hosting site for something about FTP, or creating a FTP.
