Well iv been thing about getting a nice set of headphones, with mice for my pc and xbox360 gaming. I wanna spend around $100. Any suggestion or anything that i should know, company to check out to check out?

1.Ear Force HPX
2.Ear Force HPA2
3.Tritton AX360

Triton AX360 is good... however I say the Tritton AX51 is better for PC gaming...

Why is that?, can the 51 work on 360?

You might want to consider the Logitech G35 Surround headset, its a 7.1 headset. Been getting pretty rave reviews.

Or you can consider the Razer Carcharias. Although its not a 5.1 headset but its a very good headset too. Thats what I am using for my PC gaming and I am never let down by it. Mic is good and sound is great.

Yup, I know you are looking for a 5.1 headset thats why when I recommend the Razer Carcharias, I did say although it is not a 5.1 headset but its good. Do read my post properly before making such comment.
