as for Matchmaking just figure out what to do against other people like say A good camping place to snipe from! than itll be easier for you!:D

yah, but he's talking about halo 3 lone wolves, which would be really hard to find other players, since it would be 6 people randomly trying to get in the same game.

You can't enter Lone Wolves as a party, so you can't boost...

Is it really that hard, anyway? Lone Wolves ranks up faster than any of my other ranks for me. I'm still a low level in it, but I've only played a few games and I've pretty much gone up every game.

There is a way to effectively get a party of gamers into Lone Wolves together: Make your language something wierd and set MM preferences to my language. It matches you up exclusively with people of that language, which will almost assuridly be your friends who also did that. I'm a founding participant of the trick; a guy on Gamefaqs created it, I was in on the first boosting match, and I then made it well known across the internet.

Now my rank is a general or something in halo with 10 skills. Do I care? No. Cause if I did I would be playing H3 right now trying to boost. Do you think I'd like 1000 GS and some cool Marathon amour? You bet you I would! But I'm playing the game Bungie wanted me to play it. I'm using the skill I have so when I do get higher I can say "Look at all them Noobs I PWNED":D not "How do you even read this achievement?"

I boosted, but only because three of them (the three I boosted for) are only possable with pure luck rather than skill. (Steppin Razor, Two for One, Overkill)

No kidding, what is with this boosting stuff? Just play the game. So you boost lone wolves to lvl 45 and then never play lone wolves again because you don't want to lower your lvl. Sounds fun to me, where do I sign?

Ok now looking back (and playing with a friend that did it) I dont really mind if people have achievement matches. Maybe it was just the Marathon envy talking or maybe I was just on a rant. Sorry achievement guys. Still dont like rank boosters.

Quoted for emphasis. Reaching maximum level or beating an entire game is far more rewarding when you know that you did it without cheating or using strategy guides. Then again, I guess for some folks winning is their only concern.
