Think about it. Last year they showed us the Altair costume and that ended up being for real.
We haven't had the Substance/Subsistence/ edition of MGS4 yet, but the one for MGS3 had cut-scene videos of random characters switching places, kind of like this one now.
So this could very well end up in the special edition of MGS4

I thought the part where Raiden was supposed to be introduced was hilarious. I actually did see this on the day and still find it funny.

I saw some news in the May issue of GI that has the promo for the next Metal Gear game with Raiden's silhouette...hopefully my Metal Gear Lightning idea will come true (You'll know why I picked this game if you got through that particular section in Act 5 of MGS4).
