Ok recently Mikey has posted a thread asking if you are biased by asking what consoles you own and we all know that that can't judge if you are biased or not, so here is a thread where the question is which console do you favor the most. Thus you are biased toward that console.

Hey you might want to even post why you are biased to that console or if you own other ones that you don't really care for.

I am biased towards PS3 because Xbots are too up themselves to see it's not bad

PS3... I don't know really, but when I looked at the list of PS3 games and 360, the ps3 called my attention more.

Man, I'd love to do a post on the front page about console bias, but the issue is pretty much dead.

I rationalised that the xbox was less expensive and had more titles already out.

But, I've never particularly cared if someone else made a different choice, Valkeria Chronicles is pretty sweet, you can play that if you have a ps3, good for you, guys!

I like the 360 better, because I'm what I consider a "social gamer."

What fun is it gaming alone? I want to game online with my friends. What console do 98% of my friends own? The 360. Why? Because it's better.

Why is it better you may ask? Sony suck.

In reality, I want a console with the following:
Good online play
Good games
Good price tag

And when it came down to it, the Xbox was my console of choice.

I am biased to games and not consoles. I haven't touched my 360 since mlb09 the show came out. but before that I hadn't touched my ps3 in ages. so...I play whatever console has the game that I enjoy the most.

I would say 360 for me cause that is all i have right now.

Ya see, the Xbox 360 wins at the moment. This is due to: extensive selection of video games, better community, easier online gaming, Live Arcade much better and more accesible than PSN, and 3 simple words: Gears of War. And the only really great shooter you guys got is Killzone... and CoD 4 and 5 online on PS3 is no match (more people on 360)

Xbox. I considered getting a PS3 once, but then I realized it only had about 2 games on it that I would play that the 360 doesn't have. And the Wii is the Wii.

Yes you should have, but here's my basic breakdown...

1) 360: I love the feel of the controller, HOWEVER I still hate using analog to look around in an FPS or "over the shoulder" game.... so there are ALOT of games that I seriously would turn my nose up on for this one simply because it's on here... namely the entire FPS/3PS genre. Add to this that I have yet to see a single game on here I want that I cant get on my PC (which is my first choice as far as platforms go) and it literally just offers me nothing. Even it's controllers work with my PC flawlessly.

2) PS3: Up front, I dont like the controller.. I didnt like the analog to move being down low vs where Ive reached movement on a controller all my gaming life. However, it does have a game I couldnt get anywhere else that Im interested in playing, and if it ever comes up with a killer app (Atlus can sell this with Persona 5), I will get one.

3) Wii: FINALLY!!! A console that instantly shows just how much the controls work for FPS! I got it due to the potential the controller showed... and lived up to in Metroid Prime 3. It isnt QUITE as good as keyboard/mouse, but it's LIGHTYEARS in the right direction. Add to this it is a Nintendo system, so it will (by defenition) have the most exclusives (from Nintendo themselves) and this was a no-brainer to pick up. It may not get alot of gaming, but what it does, Ive pretty much loved playing through.

4) PSP: As much as I hate analog FPS looking, even I was laughing at them for only having one nub... but that aside, it's not bad... just nothing I would concider beyond standard. I dont care what else you toss into a console, I want it for games... and the interface it gives me when playing said games. Finally, 2 series I will follow ALMOST as thuroughly as Metroid have exclusives here (or will soon) so Im buying one. (If you are curious, Phantasy Star and Persona.... 1... yeah... for maybe $20-$30 more then people want for the PSX version, Im getting it remastered AND a NEW SYSTEM!!!! WHAT A STEAL!!!!)

5) DS(i): Simply put... I love it. This IS the console that literally has my keyboard/mouse built in. I have several carts for this system already, and the only one that has dissapointed me was Transformers: The Game Autobots. Add to this a native internet gaming (even if it needs buddy codes that change per game, Ill take it concidering no other portable seems to have it without some kind of outside tunneling software), and this again, was a no brainer. Metroid Prime Hunters showed me the way.

PC: THIS is my choice platform.... between the best backwards compatibility of any platform, best looking version of games, often has extra additions when the game hits, and even takes almost ANY interface from any other platform (360 controller, tones of PS2/3 controller clones, DS stole it's "mouse" from here... the ONLY system with an interface not natively supported already is the Wii). The only downsides are that you do occasionally need to upgrade (not as costly as people think, anymore... at least not if they are looking at a PS3, but it is work you have to do), and sometimes, you have to wait for the PC version to come out later. Thankfully companies seem to want to make it worth your wait now (look at the screenshots for SF4 on PC...)

DS(i) and PSP are handhelds and a computer is a PC they are platforms, but not consoles (the PC is great, but it just isn't a console).

1) I dont know why you have to keep PC separate.
