I think I'm done with Call of Duty World at War for a while. I just played the LONGEST Capture the Flag match ever and ended up having to shut it down because we kept tying.

ya had a great time but playdates like this really bring out how bad xbox live's friend and invite management system really is. It would be awesome if everyone was on raptr or something so people could find game to join quicker

Jax joined us for about 2 minutes then I don't know where she went. She did tell us she had played zombie mode and enjoyed that better than the deathmatch we were playing.

About 35 minutes into the CTF match I began wondering if it was intentionally set up to be never-ending by Doc to test Waffle's commitment to the SGC. You know, to see if he would take a toaster-beating from his apparently decrepit father in order to hang in there for the good of the team. In any regard, it was a blast, and its certainly good to hear from you on this thread, Waffle! I hope you're not too sore ...

As soon as MS makes gold free, I will buy a multiplayer game for my 360 and I will be there for the following playdate.

We're working on an SGC League in MLB '09: The Show. Rumor has it that one of the Blu Show will be joining us. I'm not a big sports game guy, but this game has been a lot of fun to play and the graphics are really fluid/realistic.

Dude... I don't think even the Blu show would want it to go down like that. Winning by default carries no honor. Trust me, I won a silver medal in a wrestling competition and never even fought the guy who took bronze. It never meant much to me, because of the "win by default" situation.

I'll talk more about playing with Waffle, Ani, and Blaze on the Pink show :) But yes I did play! I stayed up until 1am playing zombie mode. I felt bad that I got sooo many requests and couldn't play with everyone. It was an expensive night too.

But ... I don't think MLB 09 starts with a K ... its sort of a Third Person Shooter, if you're talking about pitching, though you're trying NOT to hit your opponent ... I guess I'm lost. What is this Killzone 2 you speak of?

Yes, I was playing, yes you did shoot me and although it was in the face, it surprisingly (and luckily) didn't kill me and I was the one that ran up behind you and shot you in the back! :tongue: :lol:

Was a lot of fun guys, nice to get the chance to hook up and play with some the Usa-ian (etc) staff & members that I don't usually get the chance to play with. Definitely will be taking similar chances in the future.

The event was epic and a great time, thanks heaps to all of SGC and the organisers for helping out with the game. There were a few epic matches, including some pistols-only shenanigans and constant mic spam from 16+ people kept things interesting

Having listened to all the podcasts it was awesome to play and chat with people like Doc, Jax, Rothbart, PacManPolarBear, Harlequin and the rogue party invite that ended up with Frawlz in my mouth.
