So, did anyone see the new trailer for Dead Rising 2? It looks sweet! There's all sorts of weapons, vehicles, and up to 7000 zombies on screen at a time, all of which are fully interactive. I only played the first dead rising for about 5 minutes a few years ago, and I didn't really care for it much then, but this game looks so awesome. From what the trailer seems to suggest, you get these big areas open to you in the city just teeming with zombies. Oh yeah, and if you weren't interested already, you can ride a motorbike with chainsaws strapped to the handles. Yep, sweet!

I forgave the first one for its shooting mechanic and save system because of how much fun it was to hack and slash my happy ass through a crowd of zombies. They've heard the complaints, though, and if the save system is as hackneyed in the sequel as it was in the first, I won't be able to bring myself to purchase the game.

They also need to fix the "respawning" of mini-bosses problem that plagued the first one....

lol, that pissed me off too.They weren't entirely easy to begin with, but then they came back! Friggin sucked.

too early to tell whether this is a 1.5 or a sequel... if you know what I mean.

The best confirmed news so far are the revamped shooting controls. Strafing-:grin:Whoop!
