Good show. Glad to see Doc back. I actually enjoyed the grow up rant at the end, maybe thats the last of that.

Let me just say I am (and have been) a big fan of the fairly brief podcast you guys put out. That could sound bad, but honestly some of the other shows I listen to can get long and seem like work. The last thing I need is to think I'm working when I'm at work.
Also I like the non-news vibe you guy are doing. I can get the same news from the other 10 podcasts I listen too.

The DBW's dad bit was hysterical! And where was our Dave the Musical??? A certain community podcast(which will remain unnamed so I won't be attacked for shamefully prostituting it.. :roll:) has really stepped it up on the musical side of things. I think maybe a 10-15 minute special release of "Dave the Musical" is in high demand at this point. We've set the bar. Now it's your turn!

Thank you, it's the first 4 and a 1/4 bars of Solfeggietto by CPE Bach. I can play the whole thing quite a bit faster now, but it would end awkwardly, so I slowed it down a little and ended it there :thumbsup:

Excellent podcast, and for the record (not that anyone gives a flying rat's behind what I think) I really like the new format. I will not ask for a refund.

Now that the new show has come out and I've finally got round to listening to all the SG Radio shows from no. 1 so here are my opinions:

1) I really think you need a third presenter to keep the banter going on gaming discussions whether it related to news, a game or even a demo. 2 people discussing the same thing seems a bit odd to me especially after hearing podcasts such as the Blu Show, Pink Show, GamerTag Radio, The Video Game Show, etc have 3 or more people really making a good discussion from a topic. Heck, even Lono's new show has 3 people.

2) Where's Phil Christy on this show? Whoever thought of him is a genius imo and he should stay on as a regular feature. He's truely the definition of Sarcastic Gamer when it comes to poking fun at gaming news and stuff.

3) I agree with that 1 star review mentioned about community crap. I do listen to the SG podcasts merely for gaming news and really don't want to listen to too much community stuff. However, I have forgetten what community stuff have been mentioned previously but the 15sec fame things are no problem with me since they merely take up a small portion of the show (however I do wish some of the members would think up of better things to say; you know who you are :wink2: )

4) The 'Previously' and '..on next week's show' features are a bit lame imo. Although they were quite funny on this show, they're very cringing to listen to most of the time. ><

That's it for my rants but these are my opinions on the show so far. Many may disagree so meh to them. :P

btw, good job at making a joke out of that Lono situation rant and for the good show overall. Also I'll be expecting my shipping bill of £10 for the cheque of $0.00 I'll be expecting off you guys. :thumbsup:

Been a long time listener (episode 30ish) and to be honest when it changed to SG Radio, I was truly disappointed...at first. However, your fourth episode pulled me back to the dark side. I have no idea what happened with SG and Lono, and quite frankly I don't care as I now have two good gaming podcasts I listen too. This weeks podcast had me laughing at work, which lately has been a tough thing to do with the economy and my place of work laying over near 1000 people in the last 4 months. So with that I thank you and the Sarcastic Gamer Community for bringing joy to my mundane job and I hope to be listening, and commenting more within the community! Great job again!

I wasn't crazy about the swine flu joke. It's causing a hell of a lot of suffering for a lot of people and I thought it was a little close to the bone. Apart from that 5 stars (5 stars regardless but wanted to voice my one and only issue).
The rant at the end was so genuine, it's clear that the guys have had to put up with a lot of undeserved crap. But thank you so so much for sticking with it and sticking with us. I'm only new to the forums but I've been listening for the better part of a year and to lose this podcast would be a huge loss to the gaming community. So thank you :thumbsup: .
As for the guy complaining about there being too much community... that's what the show, hell the SITE is all about! If you want information, there are so many more podcasts out there you can listen to. I say give us random stories, give us Dave V Doc, give us 15 seconds and if you don't like it, fine. But don't rip on the guys who work so hard to bring this to life.

For those that don't know Chad from the Video Game Show, I suggest you go check that podcast out...it is waaaaaayyyy good. I've tried almost every video game podcast and SG podcasts and the Video Game Show are the only podcasts that pass the test and still make my Ipod. He is great as the lead host and moderator of the VGS but yeah....doing the trip around the gamercast network just isn't suited for him. A lot of it is the speed of how he talks....Dave pumps right through it with enthusiasm.

Anywho, the show was great once again guys. Lovin' SG radio! I checked out the Wolverine demo because of your talk and now I'm off to rent the bad boy...SG has always introduced me to games I otherwise wouldn't look at twice. Love it :thumbsup:

Good show, glad to hear there is a future 3rd host to look forward too and he wont be rushed, because I think that is one thing the show lacking, and could improve the quality and time of discussions. Great job and keep the improvement coming.

Jeez this show is worse than the first 3 put together...what happened to SG Podcast! With Doc,Dave and Lono which was frickin hilarious but still gave us the information we wanted. Alright, I'm gonna rant a little here, I've never commented on this topic, but whatever.

About the whole red show/lono thing, First off, if you guys didn't want to make the community all crazy about this, then maybe you guys shouldn't fight on the forums and turn them into a freakin' battlefield (Rothbart & Lono).

Second, you should stick to one explanation. First you said that Lono was tired and he felt the show had become more of a routine. Then some crew people started fighting and twittering about shit and everyone made up their own theories. Now you come and you say that you actually had a disagreement, I mean, I completely understand and agree 100% with what Doc said on this show. It is a free show, you guys are under no obligation to do this, and after all you are people and people have different points of view. I don't think anyone is mad because the red show ended. I think what got people angry was the way you guys handled the situation.

Anyway, I just want to say that what Doc said on this episode was the only thing that you should've said about the situation in the first place. I think everybody would've been a lot happier if they heard that instead of all the rumahs and fights going around.

Great show!! Love the new format. DBW's dad was awesome!! I was laughing so hard walking through a store that someone stopped and asked me if i was ok.

Im a new listener to the SG radio i don't know whats been going on. The last ep 4 i was sad by the last comments so i wont ask want happened but the show is great every thing in the show is funny all thou you guys don't talk much about video games but there's other podcast for that. You guys make it unique an more inserting keep up the good work.

I've been listening to the podcast for a while at work and I just want to say it makes the day go by faster. I admire your guys dedication and creativity. I know I couldn't do any better so I don't have a right to judge. For all the people that choose to come here and badmouth these guys, why? If you don't like the show anymore then just don't listen. Don't come here to tell them that they're awful and that you've stopped listening. They've made it abundantly clear that they aren't making any money off of this, so what is the point of coming here and putting them down? Is the goal to make them stop so that no one can listen to the podcast? I'm sure you worked really hard on that finger painting at school today and you wouldn't appreciate anyone making fun of that. Keep it going guys, I will continue listening. When you make it to 100 combined episodes I will buy a t-shirt. I think 20 cents an episode is the going rate ;)
