This week the Pink girls celebrate Cinco De Mayo and Jax’s Birthday. *We also pay tribute to Mighty Mutt for the awesome drink he had created for us (recipe*to follow!) *Titillating*discussions ensue about SG’s Community Playdate, Fable II DLC, lame games that Lesley plays, Spore, Arkham Asylum and more! *Be sure to listen to hear us talk about hot guys in the Wolverine movie and what hot guys we would like to see in the Gears of War movie. *All this and more and even a special birthday tribute to Jax that you do NOT want to miss! *

The Pink Player
To be served in a 7oz chilled Martini Glass (you’ll also need a cocktail shaker)
Ingredients:*
6 Large raspberries (+3 garnish)
1+1/2*oz*Light rum (Barcardi)
1/2*oz Creme de Framboise (Raspberry Liquor)
1 oz*Lychee*juice (or pureed lychees if can’t find juice)
1/2*oz Simple syrup (sugar syrup)
1/4*oz of fresh lemon juice
Mixing:
1) Crush the 6 raspberries into the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle into a puree.
2) Add the rest of the ingredients in the order there are listed above.
3) Add cubed ice
4) With lid ON, shake for 8-10 secs
5) Strain (preferable through a tea strainer - not sure if it’s called the same in US but basically a really fine strainer small enough to get the raspberry pips out)
6) Serve in glass with 3 raspberries on a cocktail sword to garnish

I was drinking on the 6th so maybe she will understand how my solitary brain cell was a bit distracted....

And I'm glad you ladies clarified it's Lychee not leechy. Pureed leeches are kinda gross.

Hmmmm..... seems that someone make the drink recipe "Jax Proof". It actually says "with lid ON, shake..."! I guess when you're downing those beers you need to be told to put the lid on.

Ohhhh what a scary world it would be if it was 24/7 Jax on a pod cast. I would totally listen for a good 45 minutes each day whether I needed to or not. This was really one of my favorite shows so far and it had me CRACKING UP! Had to listen to it about three times in a row just to keep the laugh high going! Keep it up ladies.
