For those of you probably misinterpreting the title: No, I don't mean money.

Environmental activist group Greenpeace has started a new magazine called the Guide to Greener Electronics, which ranks the world's top technological corporations based on waste management and recycling.

Sony got a surprising 7.3/10 due to a strong recycling policy. And what about Microsoft and Nintendo? Sadly, they sucked. Microsoft got a lousy 2.7/10 due to its reluctance to remove harmful chemicals from its production process till 2011. Nintendo got the bottom of the barrel (not just as a gaming company, but all of the corporations listed in the issue) with no plans to recycle or reduce hazardous pollutants.

heh I love the PS forever but I think my PS3 is green cause I never play it. I loved the PS2 more than the xbox but my PS3 just sits there. It's like a sleeping giant tho. I just wish a developer would make a killer exclusive. Then it might get the kick in the ass to really show some of it's true potential. Then maybe we will see those games that take advantage of the power it has and trust me I know the 360 games look better now but srry fanboys but the PS3 has more computing power if developers use it's set up right.

This means something. Not much in game play wise but it still shows that Sony is doing something to help out not pollute as much.

It still uses about twice as much electricity than a 360....but other than that, I guess this is good...

have you played Uncharted yet? i dont care what any reviewers say, its one of the most innovative and best looking games out there, i mean, the characters movement animations are affected by the terrain, for example, running along, and theres a big stone, you run onto it, he stumbles due the sudden increase in elevation, what other games on the consoles do that? PLUS Wheres the xbox version of ut 3? nowhere to be seen! :D

greenpeace sucks really hate some of their lousy moves they never acomplished a shit. Dont get me wrong im in favour of a greener world cruealty against animals etcc. But why g after consoles and not after 1 of the top 3 polluters in to world America yeah thats right America do country without any futre green projects one of the few who decided no to sgin the kyto protocol. One of the top polluters in the world, are actually Cows and livestock, they produce some of the highest amounts of greenhouse gasses. THOSE BASTARDS! when will the cows learn, and make a policy for cleaning up their emissions? :P

here is the ps3 bashing again i mean c'mon guys the ps3 is a brilliant system,and as far as the greener company is concerned i dont really care i mean sony are only doing it for good publicity.i have no sympathy for any big multi-national companies!there all out to rob us anyway what does it matter.(im not saying this is a stupid topic Daikun)
