... I'm addicted to Lego Star Wars Saga. Games like CoD4 and Mass Effect are going unplayed, as I happily play Lego Star Wars Saga. It's sad, but I can't work up the willpower to pull it out my XBOX 360 ...

Has anyone else ever run into a game like this? One that isn't an A-list game, but for some reason just hooks you to the point of obsessiveness?

Dude that's a bit harsh! The fact that we own a console which has such a wide range of games, unlike other consoles (cough wii cough) -- you should be able to break off and get addicted to tripe like lego star wars.

I used to be addicted to the dbz games on ps2 but those days are long past. These days its Skate. but I guess thats an A-list game. PS you should really pick better games to get addicted to.

And its just pure amazing,
Best 2 player local co-op game for a long time in my opinion.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with LEGO Star Wars. The game is actually A LOT of fun, especially on co-op. It takes three of the most toolish things in the world (LEGOs, Star Wars, and video games) and combines them into one beautiful package.


The question should be: Why isn't everyone addicted to this game?

All the hype on Carbon after its popular predecessor, Most Wanted, made it an automatic buy for me but then the stiffness of the controls and the shortness and easyness of the story made me trade it in and get Halo 3:D!

I'm RVBDeathbot and I was hooked on NFS Most Wanted for the PS2! it was such a fun game and the graphics and gameplay of it was FANTASTIC!!!!and the Black-List was the greatest part of the game!

The worst thing is that LucasArts is coming out with Lego Indiana Jones next year ...

Agree. If it had on-line co-op, it would have been so much bigger. That is the one game that I still refuse to trade away. I love, love, love that game.

Did you ever try the local Battle Mode?
That thing is quite a lot of fun if you'd unlocked enough weapons.

Never shall I trade in Earth defense Force. My save on that is something like 30 hours. :p

I got Lego Star Wars and Gears of War for christmas last year. Gears went vitually unplayed until i had achieved 100% completion on Lego Star Wars. Took me 34:?? hours. What a great game that was.
