Has anyone else noticed that on the PSPGO the spot where the start and select buttons are would be the perfect spot to put another analog stick? it has the same properties as the other indent where the left analog stick is. It seems to me they designed this with two sticks in mind and then decided against it for some reason. Am i the only person who noticed this?

Yep, I don't know why they wouldn't put in a second stick. There has to be a legitimate reason, either that or they're complete idiots.

They added two stick to the PS1 and it did fine. Multiple control schemes tend to be versatile that way.

They can't put a second stick in because what about all those PSP games that you may want to play on your PSP GO!, are you just going to leave the second stick unattended? It would also give an unfair advantage to the 3 people that will play their PSP GO's online.

Exactly. Same reason that Nintendo isn't gonna have DSi-only games for a while; instead, some games will be "enhanced for DSi", but still playable on the other systems. The dual-stick control scheme is all or nothing...you can't really have some that use the one or the other.
