OK what? Now I played the games and read the synopsis of the books but charts confuse me. Now I know I said this before and its just me sticking up for Bungie but H3's ending left it open for lets say Duke Nukeum Forever made by bungie and MC is one of your boss battles or the Halo Movie (which will happen!!!) which takes place on the blue planet at the end of H3.

....the pnly thing i didnt love in the story (and i understood most of it ) is that both halo 2 and 3 leave you with this crapy huge cliff hanger...halo 3 didnt end the story it just left you wanting for more

I like the halo story and understand it. Not at first but as i plaed the game over and asked question i learned to love it. The ending to h3 was great cause now i something too talk about until the next halo game.

Whoever said it was simplistic? We all just thought it was crappily told.

I love the story of Halo. But I agree that the story of the games isn't told too well. The books are a completely different story.

I personally love the Halo Story/Universe. There's a lot of detail, and it's done differently than all the other Sci-fi stories, that seem to feel gritty, or lacking. Of course, posting on here saying that I love Halo automatically makes me a Halo Fanboy....
