Ok so I was thinking. What would the best intro to a TV show be? Then I thought this would be an excellent question for the SGC.

So What do you think is the best TV show intro.

I'll go first. I say the original pokemon intro. That one was just amazing I remember I loved watching it.

I said the theme song was just epic. The show was pretty good until they made sequels. Now it's just the gayest piece of shit.

Agreed the original Pokemon was the awesomest!!!

It was hard tol choose but after vigourous thinking i have chosen Fresh Prince of Bel Air.:thumbsup:

Ya I liked the fresh prince, but it doesn't really compare to the pokemon song which was just beast.

Everytime i hear this, it reminds me of my late teens, sitting around with my best mate and drinking beer while watching naruto, used to love that. This song makes me go all emotional and shit lol

I love this outro as well... and Im not even a fan of the show.

mate one piece ruuuuuuuules, i only watch japanese anime though with english subtitles, and i hope you do too! none of this silly american dubbed crap.

I watched 340 episodes of one piece in like 2 weeks, i hadnt watched it before and i was addicted!

Actually, Funimation did damn good with the dubs. I have issues with OLD dubs (like 80s and alot of EARLY 90s ones), but aside from that.... well ok, and anything 4Kids did.

Yu Yu Hakusho is the only one I can watch w/ english dub. One Piece and Naruto have the worst dubs imaginable.

Completely agreed with whomever said Hawaii 5-0. You can't hate the Ventures.

For my own vote, I'm going to say the original Law & Order. There are some nights I just can't get that song out of my head.

I really like "Bad Things" by Jace Everett. It's the opening theme for True Blood on HBO. Great song for a great show.

Yeah that Duck Tales one really struck a nerve. I guess I wasn't even aware of how permanently scarred into my brain tissue it was. I also have the same reaction to the Batman cartoon that was running around the same time.
