My friend actually got his back in less than 10 days.

Luckily it was a Core unit and I bought the extended store warranty so I just go and get a new unit and slap my hard drive on the new one. Getting pretty tired of their denials that the failures aren't above normal levels.

no, just trying to launch a website.... I can't imaging there would be an audience for that type of album. Like take weird Al and divide by 10000.

But still. People are really flocking to the site over it. So. It's doing its job.

If you had a (fairly) constant flow of parodies and such, it would be a draw... and it fits into the "sarcastic" theme quite nicely.

The forums are what are hard to get going... people only tend to want to join/contribute when there's a lot they can get out of it. When you're starting out, that value/draw doesn't exist.

Apologies, I posted about this in the general section before seeing the post here.. No credit at all to Sarcastic Gamer for using the piece as far as I could see, but I didn't watch the end credits to double check.

What's the cause for the breakdowns? My mates Xbox 360 had broke before he played it! Serious. He's on his third.

I checked the On-demand GamerTV and no they didn't credit you. Checked the credits as well. It's not even a good show so don't feel bad if you want to sue them.

I had to send my console in, and the ironic part of it is that my fan stand caused the problem. No, I didn't get an RROD but it would have gotten to that poitn eventually. I know this because th M$ dude said so, and my problem was that the fan stand was blowing dust into my console and so eventually it would cause problems. So now I am selling my fand stands on ebay! (More money for rockband!). The ironic part is because the fan stand is suppose to prevent RROD's by cooling down the Xbox 360 but in this situation it was the source of the soon to be RROD. Luckily I can borrow my brother and sister's console while mine is being repaired.

I hate the red rings of death. Even though I have yet to get them they always cripple my fun since my friends don't have a 360 elite like me which supposedley has something in it that makes it hard to get the RRD

Just for anyone in the UK, if you do get the RED RING, if you got uses at a GAME store, then try taking it back there, even if its passed the 1 year mark, as they are more then happy to take them back and give you a new one, I should know I have done it twice now. All they do is send them back as broken...
