Alright this thread is me asking for help, well here is the problem.

I bought a Dazzle DVC 100 which lets you record your gameplay on the ps3 or xbox or wii or even the VCR. I've used it before and everything worked fine for the first week until it started giving me errors saying its not working. I can use it to broadcast on Ustream and Skype but it won't capture anymore with Pinnacle studio ultimate 12 and Sony Vegas pro 9. i've payed lots of money for the programs and the dazzle it self and the splitters so i want the thing to work. :angry:

Is there a possibility you have no more drive space, or is it saving the data to a disc that has enough space? I don't want to sound like an ass, but as of right now I can't think of anything else.

Well I tried to find a few more answers on the web cause that capture device sounds cool, but all I could find is many many others who have issues with it. Sorry I couldn't have been of greater assistance.

maybe your pc doesnt have enough free ram to run those applications properly.

Thanks for trying, i really appreciate the help:thumbsup: but the problem is really confusing :undecided:because its not from my dazzle because it works with skype and Ustream and its not recording anymore from pinnacle studio ultimate 12 or Sony vegas pro. but thanks for trying =D

kumikaze already said that but i have 1TB left that is much more than enough and it worked with me before but its not anymore.

Just out of curiosity are you trying to live stream and capture the video at the same time? I remember times with vegas 6 that if i had my camera running through like msn or skype as a web cam vegas wouldn't allow me to capture any video. There was one work around that I found, but it only worked 50% of the time and that was to have vegas capture the video first and then start msn or skype. My other piece of advice is to close any programs that might want to try and use the dazzle such as skype or even some websites with flash.

yeah i thought of that too. so i tryed it again with skype closed but its not working. do you think U stream could be the reason bt the thing is U stream is not on though. this is really confusing...

U stream is a flash based system and you told it to "grab" the video from the dazzle device, so even though it isn't broadcasting anything it could still be "holding" the device making it unusable to other programs. So close your browser completely and then try capturing the video again.
