We are still trying to get the final details down for a location to have an Extra Life gathering for our gamer night on Oct 17th. We figured having a lock-in so everyone can pay to attend and well have a few setups for games, get some food, and just have fun for the whole night!

I have been scouting some areas here in the Houston area and I think I have found my ideal location. It's my friend's dance studio that she's letting us have for free. It is 3000 sq ft, there are three large dance rooms approx 22'x30' feet, for free. Two Dressing rooms, a music room, waiting area, office and break room. DSL connection and 100+ parking spaces.... for free.

What do you guys think? Pretty good place to have a gamer night. Did I mention she was giving it to me for free the night? What do you think I should do with each room? Any ideas?
