Guitar Hero 5 releases September 1st. I'm personally picking the game up day one, and with the new multiplayer modes, I'd like to know if there'd be interest in a Gamer Night that weekend.

Now I'm not 100% sure how GH5 will work online. All the previews and such thus far focus on local multiplayer - but the description lists 8 players, I just have no idea how that's going to work. So, if you have any info about that, please share it. Otherwise, vote, comment, etc..

Ah, don't you worry about that. The Beatles: Rock Band Gamernight will be the week it comes out. There will definitely be a gamer night for it.

I'm always open for a RB 2 night myself, especially with anyone who has a ton of DLC (I'll be hitting 400 songs within the month.) But of course when GH5 and Beatles: RB come out I'd love to take part in their gamernights as well.

I'm not sure exactly how the 8-player modes work :undecided: All I do know is that for most of the modes, you can have any combination of instruments - making it simple to get an event going (as opposed to Rock Band where you need a specific band.)
