It's in the news section. I asked for it to be moved...but it's still lingering...

I never thought I'd see anyone do a Halo themed wedding. Then again, one of my closest friends wanted his wedding to be based on Final Fantasy. :eek:
Thank freaking God he didn't want me to dress up as Squall or Cloud. All I need was to be a brooding whiny emo with a buster sword or a gunblade.

I see how it is JAX, you ditched me for Venus. You call and wake me up to ask if you can share my room, then you say you spooning with Venus now....(i'm all heart broken now)

Lesley there is a parental controll on your xbox, you can set it that it can't be played at certain times unless you have the over ride password

Hey Jax what was it like recording without Harley?

Did you feel the dynamics change?

I definitely felt it, and I'm sure you heard it. Hopefully we'll keep getting better.

Not a bad first show without Harley. Jax the PSA announcement was great. I'm excited to find out who the new host is going to be. Nice job ladies!

One more thing: are you going to have more trial runs with hosts until you find one that fits?

I know you told him it was innappropriate and took away his games but that won't always work and I'm scared for what his mind will become (no matter how badass of a gamer he'll be) I hope you down grade him to lego games (ok maybe not that low but less violent). Anyway...I look forward to more "audition hostesses with the mostesses (game knowledge hooah)."

I thought Sickinthehead was a great host. She chimed in and wasn't scared to contribute. For a 1st go I thought she was great and I could definately listen to her all the time. The only problem I have is her name does not really roll off your tongue like Jax, Leslie and Harley does.

I don't think that approach will work for all children. But as parents I think it's important to monitor the games, and movies our kids our exposed to. He happily plays Halo and Gears of War, but I spend enough time with him to know he isn't picking up any bad habits because of it. Additionally, he willingly stays away from games like Left 4 Dead because he knows it's too scary for him. He doesn't seek out violent games, and although I buy him his own games, he'll always be curious about the games he sees me playing. He also LOVE LOVE LOVES the lego games. :thumbsup:

Harley's shoes are hard to fill, but if I were chosen, I have no doubt Jax, Lesley and I would definitely have a great dynamic of our own. :grin:

Early on we discussed him being Master Chief, and although the idea of being Cortana sounded like fun, I decided I didn't want to give up my one day to wear a wedding dress. It still felt like a win win since Master Chief was there to marry us. =)

The Van Halen free game is tempting, and GH5 does sound like it will have some cool features, like not making everyone play different instruments (4 guitars if you have them?), changing difficulty in a song without a song reset, and the ability to keep going in group even if someone has to ditch, but I am way more excited about Beatles Rock band. But, not everyone loves the Beatles like I do, and that is sad.

Sick, I thought you were a very capable host, and could very well fill Harley's shoes. As someone else said, for a first show you were very good and can see that you're opinionated enough to be a host.

Only criticism was that I don't feel you talked about games enough, but then again the Pink show is supposed to be WOMAN friendly and they aren't going to want to hear GAMES GAMES GAMES in their ears all the time.

So overall, well done and the best of luck to you :thumbsup:

PS: I wish my Mum was as into games as you are, I'm sooo jealous of your son :lol:!
