Some of my possible sponsors cannot pay with paypal, instead want to give me cash. Is there anyway of me getting that money in? For example could i get the cash then sponsor myself?

Tis what i figured. Also it doesn't matter if i start late, right? tis gonna be like 2pm gmt, rather than 8am. guessing it doesn't anyway, due to time difference :lol:

You can also get them to fill out the offline donation form and you can send in a money order in US dollars. This is what I have been doing, and I pick up all the costs of the exchange and MO.

Living in the uk may make that slightly harder though. I think i will just collect the moneys, and then sponser myself with it :lol: :thumbsup:

I live in The Netherlands and have the same "problem". I already received a few offline donations. I will put all the money into my account and then transfer the whole amount right before the 17th. It'll show up as a donation made to myself, which is kinda unfair to all my sponsors. Which is why I update my personal fund raiser page every time someone donates offline. I added a list of sponsors to that page and I also update the actual amount of money I've collected as the amount in the thermometer is much lower..

I have a question as i may be doing an online donation soon as i depends on ym parents because they are cautious of using their credit card online so it would be a check.

but how does it work if you use the form because i want to donate to someone but using online. do i use the offline form and write their name on the form and send it in and will register on their page or do i donate and then send the form that i can get from my page since i cant get that offline form on others pages.?
