I'm looking for a bit help on how to present this event to the drama club next weeks Friday.

Are you just promoting your donation page or were you going to try to get your drama club to put on something? I would think if you had your drama club behind you, you can put on something big like a party. What did you have in mind to put together? A party night? A lock-in?

If you are just presenting it to your drama club, make sure they understand it's to raise money for TX Childrens and it's for the kids. The gaming part is the excuse to have everyone get together and play games. Plus you can get resources from your high school to help perhaps put on a fundraiser, maybe a carwash or a donation table at lunch. Talk to your student council and see if they can help promote your cause. I'm sure they can give you a ton of information like phone numbers to those who might be able to help.
