Advice: Have an agenda but no script. You can always tell scripted podcasts from ones without one. Agenda's are nice but scripts constrict the natural flowing feeling of the discussion. Don't go into it humor planned, let it come naturally and remember to play off the personalities of your cohosts.

Game wise don't stick to all FF like other people have said but you can mention it in passing. You can use that as a transition into new rpgs and have a discussion about it for example. Talk about games you like so it doesn't feel forced like you really don't want to discuss the game. Be sure to also note what games you didn't enjoy but give your partners time to explain why they did or did not enjoy aforementioned game.
