Well hi everyone! I'm brand new to the forums.
So let me introduce myself. You can call me Owl. Sorta a nickname I have generated in the last couple months and I like it so I'm going to stick with it.

Okay so on to my question...

I'm saving up to buy a gaming pc. I have a pretty good idea on what parts I want (listed below), but I need help from someone with better computer knowledge than I do.

I'll go ahead and list the parts, and critique away!

Newegg: https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/MySavedWishDetail.aspx?ID=15130728

( Before you look at each part individually, click the wish list from my newegg. If that doesn't work for some reason, the parts are below!)

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144218

MoBo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131402

Graphics: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814187079

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182186

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103680

Ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148262

HardDrive:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136320

DVD Burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151188

OS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116677

And Arctic Silver 5.

Okay I think the only thing I am missing is a heatsync, because I couldn't find a pretty cheap one for my CPU. Any recommendations would be FANTASTIC!

The total, without heatsync (and whatever else I forgot), is just under $900.
This is just in my budget, but I would really like to save some money for a later monitor, or keyboard+mouse.

If you think a part should be switched, please make in no more expensive than the component I have listed is...

Well thanks everyone!

is it based off a certain build, or did you throw it together yourself? You may need to check for compatibility between all of the parts.

Do this, and do it again after you do. Before sinking a ton of money into a custom rig, make sure all the part play well together on the playground.

And make sure to leave enough room for that beast of a video card.

IMO the case is crap. If you want a cheap but sturdy case get the antec 900 or any of its big brothers.

The PSU is awfully overpowered for that build. I may suggest toning down to 550W.

Also find a PSU with a single 12V rail to make thing easier.

some of those parts look kinda shoddy is sparkle a good GPU manufacturer? like sink said overpowered GPU. id go intel but thats a personal choice. also you prolly dont need a heatsink unless you plan on overclocking, by that i mean one comes with the CPU so you dont have to buy an additional one but MUST use the one in the box
