I have had 2 donations that have not registered on my extra life page. They have left comments and have had the donation receipt from texas children's hospital and used the link in the email I sent them to donate. I'm just wondering what has happened .

Were they PayPal donations? If so, those are processed manually, and they take a couple of days to show up. If not, let me know, so we can figure it out!

They were made using paypal on the 25th of August.

That is way too long! If they still aren't showing up, let me know.

Send an email to lesley@sarcasticgamer.com. Give me the url to your page and the names of the people who made the donation. Did they put in your real name or gamer name when they did it through PayPal? Get me all the info, and I will get it fixed!

The same thing happened to my donation to Doc. Just forward the Paypal receipt to the email address included in the receipt - the nice lady on the receiving end of that email address will sort it out in no time. My message got chopped off, but the money's there and that's the main thing.

Now i cant load my page, I just get an error message saying,

I also have gotten this (the OP that is) they used PayPal and it was on the 15th of this month.

Does anyone know what the problem is with my page? No-one can sponsor me until the page is working again

The page is fixed now but I still don't have the previously mentioned donations.

I had a intresting donation problem: I went to the site and tried to donate 200$ didnt work... tried again...again....again just didnt work because of my "international adress"... went to paypal and had no problem with donating :D i was very happy!:D the downside was that the other "failed" donations went through and took 1000$ from my account... but we solved the issue and now everything is back to normal..

My tip is: If your not a US resident do what the instruction says and donate through paypal...
