hi. I am doing a final fantasy 7 one sitting marathon. i am aware that it will take significantly longer than 24 hours to beat. I thought what would be really fun is if a bunch of people had a race to beat ff7. as in, sleeping = time, 1 person per game. it takes 40-45 hours to beat without worrying about side quests etc.


I and a friend will be doing this, and i was wondering if there was anyone else who wanted to compete.


and ill be taking a day off on monday so i can recover.

I've been casually playing through FF7 (never played it before), and I'm only an hour or two into it. It's fun, but I couldn't devote a whole sitting to it. However, I may play a few hours of it come Extra Life.

You might be able to squeeze it in in 24 hrs. It would be pretty sloppy though near the end.

i've done some research, and i think it would be more fun to make a limit of 20 flees, otherwise if you flee every battle, you can do it in like 8 hours.

I think this sort of idea transfers better to a game where you can challenge each other. Like everyone starts a new pokemon game in the morning and then you have a tournament a few hours later.
