LOL... Dave accidentally cut out the joke that he titled the show after... When we recorded, after I asked him what his "Safe word" was, after a long pause, he said Blueberry Pancakes, which was hilarious when we recorded the show, but got accidentally cut... That's why we were saying blueberry pancakes at the end of the show and why the show was titled blueberry pancakes. Ah well.

I always love the ending jokes. But I did have one problem with this show.

The Beatles Rock Band is NOT the best Music Game ever made. The presentation is terrific yes, but this game gets incredibly boring after one play through, and some of the songs, not even one play through. The songs are way to easy, and are very dull to play, at least most of them. This game is NOT worth $60 at all, and definitely not $250 (Even Pikmin agrees with me). Yes, it's the Beatles, but that does not automatically make the game the best music game ever. Guitar Hero 5 and Rock Band 2 are better than this, and are both worth the full price tag of the game. I even had more fun playing World Tour than I had playing Rock Band Beatles. I rented the Beatles two days after it came out, and played it for about a day and a half, and took it out to play something else, and I have yet to put it back in my system. Sure, it's worth a rent, and a decent first play through, but after that it looses it's replay value and is not worth the full $60 price tag.

In truth I didn't listen to any of SGR this is the first episode I have listened to since Lono left. Most likely because i had spent like, nearly 2 years or whatever listening to Doc Dave and Lono, that i just didn't want to listen to it without all three.

If even one of you isn't present, it just doesnt feel the right, so, thankyou for getting back, been so long since i listened to you guys. Truely made my evening yesterday listening to this :D

I think it´s all about Multiplayer when talking about RockBand/GH, so I´m not sure, if your playthrough-experience says soooo much about the quality of the game. Just guessing after listening to Lonos impressions.^^

God damnit, it's so good to hear the old show up and running again.

I'm actually looking forward to the Red show again, as opposed to listening to it uncomfortably as Doc and Dave fumble around for 20 minutes. No "trips to Mexico", no skits, just three jag offs talking video games and having a damn good time. You can hear it in their voices. It's no longer just a work assignment; it sounds like fun.

Doc, your laugh is such a godd@mn riot to hear; it's like a jackal having his balls squeezed. And I say that with all the love in the world. :)
