I am currently working with my University to host an official Extra Life event here. I might even be able to get the school to match the money the student raise (but that's still up in the air) However, to allow for the best possible experience my little event would have to take place a week after the official Extra Life event day.

How long will donations be taken by Texan Children's Hospital for Extra Life?

Alright, so the official date for my school's Extra Life event will be October 30th. I realize this is two weeks after the official day, so I ask again how long will donations be accepted by Texas Children's Hospital?

This I would like to know as well.. as I am pitching it as a pledge sheet, where the people actually donate per hour instead of lump sum up front.. 24hr max.

I'm pretty sure you can donate to Texas Children's Hospital all year round. You should also be able to let them know donations were made through the Extra Life event.
