I'll admit, we were really hard on Sony when this site first went up. It's good that we got it out of our system because it looks like they're starting to turn it around.

The summer of 2007 was a totally different story. After Motorstorm came out in early 2007, I don't think a decent PS3 game hit the shelves until late August, when Heavenly Sword came out. That's a heckuva long time to wait.

Overall, not even Rothbart can deny that for most of this year, the list of good PS3 titles was pretty short. Especially when it came to exclusives. Then Sony went and made a pretty stupid statement.

Over the summer, Sony announced that they would be releasing 380 games by March of 2008. Nice, we're back on track. Right? Not long after that they changed that number to 145, which is less than half. S***!

At least there is next year. Sony should make up for it in 2008. I expect to see more good exclusives for the PS3 than the 360 but not by the same margin as 2007 for 360 to PS3
