In honor of two of the larger titles to hit the shelves in some time (in my opinion), we're going to double up on them for this week's Duelist League: Brutal Legend and Uncharted 2! Of course, if I could do a Demon's Souls Duelist League week, I totally would.

Maybe you people need to look at the leaderboard, but all that separates 1st place from 4th place is one match! It's still anyone's ball game! Shiny prizes await those at the top three!

RULES:
1) Each week, look for the thread in the Official Sarcastic Gamer Gamenights forum for the stickied Duelist League thread (here it is!). If a game is not listed for the systems you own (Wii, PC), you may choose one game for one of these systems and challenge someone else with it, but you’ll only be able to get one match that week.

2) Post in the thread that you own the game and that you are looking for a fight.

3) Pick a fight with another SG member who has registered on the thread. You can only challenge that member once a week. The details (time, place, system, game type) of the match are up to the two combatants.

4) All combatants start at 100 experience points. Both players agree to a wager on how many points they are playing for. Max wager is 25 points, and you cannot go below 5 points (so someone can work their way back up if they are knocked out). Not only will win/loss be registered, but the experience point tally will be kept as well.

5) The results of the match are posted on the thread.

6) WE HAVE PRIZES. Top duelists will be rewarded with forum titles, avatars, bragging rights, serving wenches, and yes, now top finishers will receive prizes. It won’t be for points cards like Summer Games was, but you’ll still walk away with something if you finish respectably well on the leaderboards.

Well, the idea is that you put your name in here, and someone challenges you, or you challenge someone else. Like I've got Uncharted 2, and I'd like to take someone's scalp. So I would challenge WildBanshe or Bunny Roses. You can set up the details in this thread or PMs, or whatever.

Ugh, that wasn't even enjoyable. Best of three vs. Stoned Sheep. First match was ten minutes of me looking for wherever Stoned was camping at, then him popping out and whacking me.

So I made him change match types to the capture the flag match, thinking I would at force him to move around more, and it still felt like he was just toying with me. The half second before I would capture a point, a grenade already cooked off would sail across the plaza and hit me square in the face. I think that happened two of three times until he just flat out found the grenade launcher, and then it just got sad.

So good match, ya cheating bastard. 10 XP to Stoned Sheep. Watch this one; he's good.

Glad to hear you had just as much of an enjoyable time as I did. I took some picks to share.

That's not exactly how it works. You have to register on this forum. Either you dueled someone and announced it here, or the other person needs to get on the forum and verify that it happened. You can only get credit for dueling other community members.

K think if I'm not mistaken it was eao but I'll check and also when are we dueling?

Another one bites the dust! Just took down Aladouche for 25 points! That last match was really close! So thats 10 from Shanghai, 15 from spongebobbies and wildbanshe 15 and 25 from aladouche that's 165! Top of the pile! Come on eao I've got plenty to lose!

Good lord, I seriously don't feel so bad now. Sheep was dancing circles around me most of the match, but it looks like I wasn't the only one who had problems with him.
