By the way check out my community podcast Casual Core. On episode 11 we asked eoco (he was a special guest) a question just like that and the show ended up being really funny.

Really great episode guys! Parky, that poem was just awesome! Anyways, really hilarious episode like everyone else has been saying.

Also, my PS3's Disc Drive is no longer working after it froze up while playing Uncharted 2. Which sucks because it was a Backwards compatible model and it no longer has warranty. I opened it up yesterday, and everything seems fine in the drive, I even cleaned it up carefully, but it still doesn't work.

I'm going to wait till the next firmware update before probably sending it in, a lot of people say that the 3.0 firmwares have been causing errors in the old PS3 models, especifically disc drive failures.

As for the PS3 being pushed, on a graphical level, the RSX GPU has already been taped out. There is virtually nothing more that the GPU can do beyond Uncharted 2. Where the headroom lies is in the Cell Processor. I know that the cell has a ton of potential that has yet to be exploited. It's physics capability is second to none when compared to other CPU's. It is also capable of doing some decent 3D rendering. I'm sure Devs have just begin to scratch the service of what the Cell CPU is capable of.

@Pacman - The last 007 game was Quantum of Solace & it was VERY GOOD. Goldeneye is still & will most likely always be the best Bond game ever made however.

Yo Pac, I feel your pain dude. The disc drive on my PS3 went out on me two weeks ago. I haven't been able to play anything but downloadable games. I finally hooked my PS2 back two days ago and started playing FF XII. I am now officially looking forward to XIII. I hope you get your PS3 fixed soon. I'm gonna fix mine myself after payday, just gotta get a new disc drive (which someone on the forums helped me find).

Netflix streaming coming to PS3 is pretty great. I think I'm gonna have to get a subscription now. Is there a link on SG for that? If not, tell someone on the staff to get on it. I'm pretty sure you could send a bunch of new subscriptions their way and get some $ from that.

I hate to rain on your (and anyone else's) parade, but I'm pretty sure once you crack the seal, whether you're willing to pay or not, Sony (or Microsoft for that matter) won't service your console...
