When Peter Moore made his departure for the pastures of EA, he left a gaping hole in both the structure and morale of the Xbox organization. While, I’ve heard nothing but great things from insiders regarding his successor, Don Mattrick, Moore’s front-and-center accessibility isn’t something that you can just order a replacement for. Then, just weeks after Moore dropped this bomb, the unthinkable happened.
