I am new to the forms and I was curious since the Xbox guys have a gaming night........does the Wii have one too or do we have to have a get together one of these days?

What game would we use?

Yeah, its probably better to just get everyones friend codes and organize seperate games whenever you want to play.

...which is too complex when you need one for every game. One console code would have been fine but... the mind boggles. Anyway, the Wii is 100% a couch machine, especially since theres no voice com or way to communicate at all. Even if there was, its just not as much fun in games like Mario Soccer to not be able to twat the person next to you when they score.

But this might be the only way we can have our own little gig......even though it is a pain the butt. Unless Nintendo changes the friend code system with an update that is similar to the MoH which seems unlikely.

I'm getting SSBB pretty much the day it comes out (as well as a router), so I'd be willing to help host a friday gaming night.

Well off the top of my head i can name: Medal of honor, Guitar hero 3,
Mario Strikers, Fifa 08, NBA 08 and battalion wars 2 (Not sure on that one though)

Why didn't it come to the Wii? I recall seeing it for the PS2 somewhere. I had to settle for GH3 (which isn't bad.....but still Rock Band is better:D)

SMash will use the console codes.... but sadly, aside from that, I wont be there more then likely. Almost everything I look forward to on the Wii is one player.
