Knowing how to solder is a good skill. It helped me mod my Xbox and swap out the broken power connector on a couple laptops. My wii will be modded soon.

I have just about every system from the Woody to the PS3 all still set up. When I bought an HDTV my CRT became the heart of a retrocorner where pixels are the size of your fist and lightguns still work. The only major ones I dont have are Master System (it met a nasty end on a flight of stairs), Coloco and Inteli becuase they were both crap. Heh. I was even playing the CDi last week ^_^

I got started with a Gameboy Pocket...my parents tried to keep me away from videogames, but an unwitting grandpa bought me one for Christmas. After that, I got a playstation as my first console...and later an N64 from my cousin. I then got a PS2, Gamecube, and Wii respectively, and will probably get a 360 in a year or two.

Never traded any hardware in only about a couple game. I had a Glacier colored GBA, but it broke on a trip to Mexico (damn X-ray machines), I was to able to pick up a new Sp 1 due to the warranty it was under. Thinking about getting a PS3 in the future when I have a good enough TV.
