After they released Super Mario 64 DS, you'd think that Nintendo would be able to port over more great games from the glory days. Why don't they do it? My bet is because of the virtual console. Except even then, it costs about $10 to download from the VC, and would cost upwards of $30 if it were a DS title. Think about it. If they released F-Zero AX, Ocarina of Time, or Starfox 64 for the DS, wouldn't it sell like SM64 DS?

Actually, the ports for the DS are somewhat higher quality, and you have to redesign the controls for them or else it fails to really accomplish much on the DS. There aren't that many GOOD games for the N64 that would be any good on the DS...although I'd LOVE to see a Smash Bros. game on the DS in future years...even a port from Brawl. That would be awesome, battling online with Wii and DS players at the same time...

Yes, because nowadays, origional titles consist of taking care of pets.
I'd rather play through N64 games.
And as far as controls go, I think stylus movement in Metroid Prime: Hunters was far better than any joystick.

Im not sure I want EVERYTHING ported, but I wouldnt be against a few of the less heard of titles going across....

I wouldn't mind the Zelda games, maybe Smash Bros if the controls were done right. PSP is or has released an official Playstation emulator, maybe Nintendo will follow suit? More likely that they'd be made into real games though, wouldn't mind playing through CBFD again tbh.

I think the games I would want from the N64 would be the two Zelda Games, Smash Bros and Conker's Bad Fur Day because those games were really cool on the N64 so those 4 games, with Smash Bros/ Conker's Bad Fur Day including Online Play it will be a buy regardless for me.

I would love to see the original Turok and Turok2 come to either the DS or 360 XBLA.

I believe they could easily pull off a Paper Mario port.
It was a simple design with very simple graphics.

Donkey Kong 64 would be hard to pull of because of the extra memory space required (remember having to get that expansion chip?)

Actually, they might be able to do something via duel-slot functionality...
I honestly have no clue, but looking at what they did with Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, it could work
