I logged in about 5 min ago, and when I looked back at the previous news, at the link at the bottom, it took me to the next page, but the only news on it was two links to something about GOW. i'm using firefox, with current updates. But it seems to load like it did before , I think it just f'ed itself earlier,

I know what it is now... it's being actively worked on (ie. not being "fixed" but being "spruced up"). Expect it to settle down shortly with a nice new addition.

it looks like some sort of graphic navigation bar to recent front page posts... those square graphics (that keep changing location) will take you to the appropriate post. I'm not sure the intended final state or when it'll be "done", but Doc's working on it right now.
