American, Swiss, Bleu, goat is probably my favorite... ok that's a lie.... I've never eaten Goat cheese, I'll bet it's pretty gross though. Cheese from cow milk: I love Harvarti, lately, but I could list at least ten other types that I eat often; I prefer imported cheese because any US cheese products tastes like Velveeta.
