It's 7:30am, and I'm sitting in my office with my 1-year-old daughter, who is eating a banana. I just read her the article on Joystiq about how Circuit City is dumping all of their copies of Shadowrun Vista for free to anyone that buys Halo 2 Vista.

I can't be sure but I think she just said "Daddy, Shadowrun is screwed."

Either that or "I like bananas."

Stella is just waiting for the new Barney game to come out. She is hoping it is a big flop and will come free with a purchase of Teletubbies.

I don't know how I feel about this. Part of me thinks that this is bad news (like most people) but another part of me questions whether or not this is a quiet / subtle attempt by MS to curb some of the criticism and get the G4W titles into users hands... it's like crack, you give a little for free at the beginning, then you charge...
