Nope. Microsoft's biggest mistake I think.

pay 15$ to save it to your already over crowded hard drive and play it for a week or have it corrupt. OR pay 10$(or less) in gamestop's bargin bin and get the same thing, minus (well pluse actually.) 5GB of memory.

Achivements would have made the above slightly more tolerable.

I agree that $15 is way to much for alot of those games, but not so much with achivements. Personally I really don't give a damn about them, their nice and give more replay ability. But some people have gone crazy for achievements! I mean suppose the next Xbox dosen't have achivements, people would go crazy!

Anyways, I highly doubt Microsoft will keep $15 up for long, they might have a classic's collection similar to the one they have for the arcade titles.

Btw, didn't Microsoft create more advanced levels of the platinum hits at the end of the Xbox's life span that made games less then $20?

Burnout:Takedown is only £7.99 there or in their 4 for £20, though if you don't need any of the others on offer, it's less hassle to just download it. I don't know what's going on with the download times atm though. It took me 2 hours to download the 700mb Conflict demo earlier
