Anyone here watch Pure Pwnage? I find it hilarious.

I'm not gonna bother summarising the show in too much depth as it's late (2am GMT) and I wanna go to sleep, but it's basically a mockumentary about a "Pr0" gamer called Jeremy (teh_pwnerer) and his life in general.
It's created a lot of gaming slang etc I think.
It's mainly PC based but he gets a 360 and a Wii in series 2, however watch season one first if you're into pc gaming or don't understand some of the plot references of Season Two, however season one gets kinda lame with all the micro stuff, but definitely give it a try.

I did until about episode 11 when it was really getting weird, so I stopped. I did end up buying myself a shirt from their site.

I thought purepwnage was great until it became all about the money. How often do they have a new episode? Once every 3-4 months now? How often do they update their web site? Once every 2 weeks.

They are quick to direct someone to their "noob store" to try and pawn off some shitty clothes and other things. Purepwnage is a sellout website. The only thing they are good for is reminding me why I enjoy sites like SG and other legit, true gaming sites.

I did enjoy a lot of their episodes. They were good for lulz. But they became so much about the money, it pissed me the **** off. So honestly I say boycott that garbage.

Eh, episode 9 to 12 were shite.

It was good until they started giving it a cheesy story line. Why couldn't they just stick to corny little nerd jokes like in episode 1.

Exactly what I was about to say. It sucks though, the show had alot of potential. The least they could have done is kept the comic running... but not even that. Though I wouldn't boycott it completely though. I won't be buying stuff from their noob store. I still like the episodes, but by the time they come out I've forgotten what the hell happened before.

The "seasons" seem so disjointed due to the frankly insulting time between episodes. They should film them all at once and then release an episode fortnightly.

I waited ages for the most recent episode (number 2 of season 2) all for about 30mins of run time.

Great Idea...but they let fame get to them.

I am enjoying Season Two thoroughly, but i bet some of the dumb 'micro' stuff will return soon, which will put me off the show again.
