I've avoided going since the whole scandal, but many people I've talked to still go there. Does anyone who said they wouldn't go there again go now?

I still go there everyday. Though, I hate how 3 of my favorite people (Alex Navarro being the best) have left, I still get a lot of information on games and such.
I don't believe that their integrity has been sacrificed. I think that CNet has now seen how much these kinds of things affect their audiences.

I only go there because I'm part of the Total War union. Other then that, I don't read any of their reviews or articles. Look at my sig, I'm not that much of a fan of GS anymore.

yea I still go, hell I watch the gameplay and my my own decision. Even read the peoples reviews so that I see what people think about. Hell its still a decent site. And now that there is a lot of people not using the site. It has gotten a lot faster

Just because their reviews might be in question, it doesn't make news any less legit, and considering they usually get news up quickly... Yeah, I still go. Just much less.

Yeah, from time to time, for news.

For reviews, I check out MetaCritic (http://www.metacritic.com).

I still stop by GameSpot every day. I no longer trust their reviews, or opinion pieces, but they do still provide some good stuff. GS still gets a few exclusive interviews that are good. They sometimes get a response or comment from the big developers before other sites do. Their coverage of major events is not half bad either. News is still news.

Basically the site still has merit, though its reviews are always going to be in question. Unfortunately, I always double check their facts or whatever with other sites like IGN before I reference them now.

I think people need to wake the muck up and realize that CNet and not every member of GS are the ones to blame. Sure their credibility in certain areas is tarnished, but to consider the whole site garbage is foolishness, and a slight to some fellow gamers who work hard.

I still trust their reviews. I go to IGN and other sites, and Gamespot has about the same ratings per games. Even all the other sites gave Kane and Lynch bad reviews, so I think it was blown out of the water, because yes: it's a bad game. Everyone else thinks so too. And their reviews are still on the same area as other sites. IGN gave SoaSE a 8.9 Gamespot gave it a 9.0
I'm sticking with them. But yes, I do make my own informed decisions about games.

I never really went to Gamespot regularly, I mostly use Metacritic and Gametrailers.

I still go there pretty much every day, but I do feel a little weird when I am on the site with the scandal in the back on my mind.

I figured if one game site does this, most if not all major sites do this. So why not use the one that has been caught since now they will have to be more critical so that they could go and reclaim some of their audience. Which means they may be more likely to make good reviews.

It's on my rotation of gaming sites I check every day for the news, but that's about it. I've never put much merit into their reviews before the scandal, so I still don't. I stop by to see if they're running any news stories, have a cool interview, or have a preview of a game I'm looking forward to.

I check it every once in a while, but much, much less often than before the scandal...

I just use IGN.

Same here. Although they kinda get some crappy reviews every once in awhile.

With sites like metacritic and gamerankings, along with community websites such as this wonderful one, those of us in the know shouldn't be going to any specific site for game reviews. If a game is hyped and sucks - someone here will tell you.

I still go to Gamestop just because whenever there's a game I wanna get they have a better price for it than Target and Wal-Mart.

I do, but just for the news. They're still good at that much. The reviews...I don't pay as much attention to ;)

I normally download On The Spot to watch on the train every week, but now that everyone is leaving, with Ryan Davis the latest, I'm not sure if I'll still bother. I do like the british guy they have on there sometimes though, and when he was on Alex's last show, they were awesome together. Those two should start a site, now that is somewhere I would visit. As for reviews, I never really cheked their reviews, only video reviews, and I never base my opinion of any game on just one review anyways.

I think it still has something to offer as a site, and as zbiggie said, at least there gonna think twice before pulling that kinda crap again, so at least some good came from it.

There have been rumor that the 3 people(Alex,Ryan, and Jeff) that left are going to start up their own site, basically rivaling Gamespot. That would be awesome.
